1. Order Processing

Once you place an order and payment is confirmed, we typically process your order within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation when your order is dispatched.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Banyan Cosmic is not responsible for delays attributable to incorrect address information.

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

We deliver to all major cities and towns in India.
We use reputable courier/logistics partners and may choose one best suited to your location.
Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier’s service for that area.

3. Shipping Time Estimates

Metro & major urban areas: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Tier-2/tier-3 towns or remote areas: 5-8 business days (or sometimes more) after dispatch, depending on courier network.
Note: These are estimates. Banyan Cosmic is not liable for delays due to courier logistic issues, natural calamities, strikes, or other force-majeure events.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping may be free above a certain order value (e.g., “free shipping on orders ₹X and above”) – please view the shipping cost at checkout for your specific order.
If shipping charges apply, they will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will be given a tracking number (via email/SMS) which you can use to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If you receive your order with visible damage, please refuse delivery or retain the package and contact us immediately within 24 hours, providing photographs of the damage and packaging.
If the package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please notify us promptly so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.

7. International Shipping

(If applicable) At present Banyan Cosmic ships only within India. International shipping may be offered in the future; please check back for updates.

8. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top will tell you when the current version was published.
Any changes will apply to orders placed after the update.
