Return & Refund Policy

At Banyan Cosmic, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully happy with your order, our return and refund policy provides an easy and transparent process.

1. Returns Eligibility

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and in the same condition as you received it.
Products explicitly labeled as “non-returnable” (if any) are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs will generally be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective/incorrect product.
We have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days.

2. Initiating a Return

Email us at [info@banyancosmic.in] or call [ 98250 60920] with your Order Number, product details, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Our team will respond with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if required.
Pack the item securely, include all original packaging and accessories, and write the RMA/Order number clearly on the package.
Ship the product to the address provided by us within the specified timeframe.

3. Inspecting and Processing Returns

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, a refund will be Credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you requested an exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched once the return is processed and approved, as per the policy above.

4. Refunds

Refunds cover only the cost of the returned product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-returnable / Non-refundable Items

Items that are worn, used, washed, or missing original tags are not eligible for return.
Opened, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
Gift cards, downloadable items, or products sold during clearance sales may be non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping will be borne by us in such cases.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once dispatched, standard return and refund policies apply.
