1. Shipping Policy

i. Shipping Areas:
We currently ship to addresses within India. For international shipments (if applicable), please contact us for eligibility and cost.

ii. Shipping Costs & Methods:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight/dimensions of your order, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout; actual delivery times may vary.

iii. Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within [1-3] business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends & holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number (where available).

iv. Delivery & Risk:
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the product to the carrier.
If the carrier marks the shipment as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us promptly.

v. Shipping Delays:
We are not liable for delays due to customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, carrier issues, incorrect address, or force-majeure events.

2. Returns & Refunds

i. Eligibility for Returns:
You may request a return within [7 / 14 / 30] days of receiving the product (choose your preferred window). The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Certain items (e.g., personalised/customised items) may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

We will provide return shipping instructions. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm eligibility, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Refunds will be Credited to your original payment method within [7 – 10 ] business days. Shipping charges (both outbound and return) may not be refundable unless due to our error.
If you received a free gift or promotional item with your purchase, you may be required to return it as well or the value may be deducted from your refund.
